is Washington States largest one-stop Resource Center for Transitioning Service Members, National Guard and Reservists, Veterans and Military Family Support.

House Key Veterans is a down payment assistance, second mortgage loan program with a 3.00% interest rate and a ten-year loan term for veterans who have served our country.  House Key Veterans combines with the House Key State Bond first mortgage loan program.

The Dream Makers Program offers grants for down payments to first-time homebuyers of modest means who valiantly work to protect our country’s national security.

USA Cares Housing Assistance program has saved 1,500 military families from facing either foreclosure or eviction from their homes.

Basic Needs program offers post-9/11 service members, veterans and their families assistance with unexpected car repairs, utility bills and even provides emergency food assistance.

Warrior Treatment Today helps bridge the gap between personal financial demands and the need to receive treatment.

Soldiers and their families in need of financial assistance can turn to the Veterans of Foreign Wars’ Unmet Needs program for a one-time grant.

Service members Free FICO credit Score and a financial education program to improve the saving and investing knowledge of military service members to give them the tools and information they need to make critical saving and investing decisions with confidence.
